Pierre Morin who is the owner and also a general construction contractor, started in business in 1995.  He created ‘’Gouttières Appalaches’’ a specialty enterprise in metal forming technology and more specificaly the fabrication and installation of aluminum rain troughs (seamless) in the residential commercial and industrial sectors.

In 2000, he created ‘’Garagex’’ which specialized in garden sheds and small garages.  The enterprise being in a rural zone of Montmagny, is soon solicited for bigger buildings, such as huge industrial garages and expanding existing buildings.  Little by little, by refining its construction technique word was spread in the region, but also outside it, as to the new innovative style where time is money.  People were quick to catch on.

Faced with increasing demands in the residential and commercial construction sector and being approached regularly by his customers, Pierre Morin increased his production of house walls and ready built panels.  As this move created an ever increasing positive response he decided in 2002 to transform the enterprise into ‘’Structurex’’, since this transformation is showing strong continual growth it is proof of its product and its dedicated work force.
